Temple Square Hospitality Corporation is hosting its 4th annual golf tournament with all proceeds benefiting the United Way. This is a terrific opportunity to have a great day golfing, while raising money for the United Way.

The golf tournament takes place Tuesday, September 9th at Eaglewood Golf Course:
1110 East Eaglewood Drive, North Salt Lake, Utah, 84054.
Play will be 4-person scramble, with an 8:00am shotgun start.
Registration Fees
- $400 per foursome
- $100 per individual (will be assigned a foursome)
- $750 per hole sponsor (includes entry of a foursome)
Event includes lunch, registration gifts, door and raffle prizes, and a golf shirt (please include shirt sizes for your team on the registration form).

Prizes
Prizes will be awarded to the first, second, third, and last place teams.
In addition, prizes will be given for longest drive and closest to the pin for both men and women.
